The doll wears the Lioness kit and features her famous high ponytail and her long socks over her knees.
It's part of a special series to mark International Women's Day that includes other sportspeople like Grand Slam tennis champion Serena Williams and Indian cricketer Smriti Mandhana.
Chloe Kelly was chosen as part of the "Barbie Dream Team" for being a key player in the England squad, helping to win the past two European Championships.
