A boat tour in Monterey Bay has captured a video of more than 2,000 dolphins forming a "superpod" off the California coast.
The boat tour was out conducting research at the time, when they came across the dolphins gliding and jumping through the water.
The pod included several species of dolphins who were a mixture of ages.
Onlookers even spotted some baby dolphins, known as calves, in the group who did a great job of keeping up with the adults!

Northern right whale dolphins are unique as hey have no dorsal fin
The species included Northern right whale dolphins and Pacific white-sided dolphins, as well as light grey baby calves.
Northern right whale dolphins are one of the only two species of dolphin without a dorsal fin.
Adult Northern right whale dolphins are jet back, like orcas, with white bellies.
Evan Brodsky, captain of the boat and the person who captured the footage of the dolphins, said: "They're all smooth. When they jump, they look like flying eyebrows."
