British number one, Katie Boulter, won her first-round match on Tuesday.

Her win means she joins British stars Harriet Dart, Emma Raducanu, Yuriko Lily Miyazai and Sonay Kartal in the second round.

Katie Boulter and Harriet Dart will face each other in a Brit v Brit second round.

Katie said: “Playing a Brit in the UK on the grass is never an easy draw. I’m expecting an absolute battle.

“We’ve played quite a few times before, so I’ll be looking at those and thinking about what I’m going to do going into it. But honestly, for me, it’s about playing the tennis ball, it’s not about playing the person.”

And after announcing he won't be competing in the men's singles this year, Andy Murray has set his sights on the doubles.

He will play with fellow Brit, Emma Raducanu, in the mixed doubles.

Raducanu, who is through to the second round of the women's singles, said that teaming up with Murray in the Wimbledon mixed doubles was "always a childhood dream".

The mixed doubles is due to start on Friday and Murray will also be joining his brother Jamie in the men's doubles.
