Flights to and from Guernsey and Alderney Airports have been delayed or cancelled because of fog and low cloud across the islands.
The first planes landed in Guernsey at about 15:30 BST as the mist began to clear but Alderney has remained fogged in all day.
The island's mail plane was cancelled and the post was instead sent by ferry.
Airport authorities have advised passengers to contact their airline for the latest updates.
