The race will start on Castle Street
Road closures will be in place across Cardiff on Sunday as more than 22,000 people take part in the half marathon.
The 13.1 mile (21km) race begins at Castle Street at 09:00 BST with wheelchair competitors starting at 08:50.
The route will take in Penarth marina, Cardiff Bay and Roath Park before finishing near the civic centre.
The event will also be broadcast live on BBC Two Wales, BBC Radio Wales and BBC Radio Cymru for the first time.
A park and walk service will operate at Cardiff City Stadium in Leckwith, and anyone cycling to the race can use a bike park at Gorsedd Gardens next to the runners' village.
Competitors can leave their belongings at baggage areas at Bute Park and Museum Place from 07:30.
The majority of roads will reopen at 12:00 and any runners left on the course after that time will continue on pavements.
Live online coverage of the event starts at 08:00 at the BBC Wales News website.
