Scots band Frightened Rabbit are among the first wave of acts to be announced for this year's Electric Fields festival at Drumlanrig Castle.
They will be joined by The Jesus And Mary Chain, Arab Strap, Crash Club, And Yet It Moves and Brat and the Bonemen.
The festival takes place in the grounds of the castle near Thornhill on 1 and 2 September this year.
Organisers expect to announce 100 more artists who will be on the bill in the coming months.
The festival, now in its fourth edition, extended to the two-day format last year.
Primal Scream and The Charlatans headed the line-up in 2016.
