
A man has appeared in court charged with murder after a death in Aberdeen 38 years ago.
The body of Kazi Ahmad was found in his flat in Rosemount Viaduct in October 1978.
Mr Ahmad managed the Raj Dulal restaurant in the city's Dee Street.
Riasat Khan, 62, of no fixed abode, made no plea or declaration at Aberdeen Sheriff Court and was remanded in custody. The BBC Scotland news website had revealed there had been an arrest.
