A man has admitted taking photographs of a sleeping woman at a party after sexually assaulting her.
Daniel Clark, 21, sexually assaulted the 27-year-old woman after he put shaving foam, cheese and moisturiser on her head.
He then took photos of the woman when she was under the influence of alcohol and incapable of giving consent.
At the High Court in Aberdeen, he admitted the charges. Sentence was deferred.
Clark was on trial with Michael Fyffe, also 21.
Reduced charges
Fyffe was charged with assaulting, sexually assaulting and raping the young woman on 9 October 2011.
His not guilty pleas to sexual assault and rape were accepted by the Crown.
He admitted assaulting the woman by putting substances on her head.
Both men are from Kemnay in Aberdeenshire.
The 27-year-old victim said she had been out drinking in bars and a nightclub in Aberdeen before getting a taxi home with friends.
But she ended up heading on to a party instead of going home.
