A man is to stand trial charged with murdering his 48-year-old wife at her home in the east end of Glasgow.
Anthony Vita, 47, is accused of using a knife to kill Marion Vita at her home in Baillieston in September last year.
He also faces a charge of behaving in a threatening ad abusive manner by sending text messages to his wife and another person.
At the High Court in Glasgow, judge Lord Turnbull said the trial would begin in March.
