A West Lothian man has been acquitted of rape.
Stephen Larkin, 21, from Livingston, had been on trial for three days when the Crown conceded there was no case to answer.
He was acquitted at the High Court in Edinburgh on 12 June 2013.
He had appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court on 27 May 2012 charged with rape and released on bail.
