Economic growth 'not balanced' - Umunna

Chuka Umunna, Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills, has said the Government is failing on four key growth tests.

Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, Mr Umunna added Labour was right when it said austerity would lead to initial stagnation and questioned the longevity of the current economic growth.
