Gladstone House was once the base of the Liberal Party in Norwich
A decision on plans to turn a Grade II-listed house in Norwich into a writers' centre has been delayed by a month due to technical problems with the website.
Writers' Centre Norwich's plans for Gladstone House were due to go before councillors on Thursday.
The scheme was backed by planners but opposed by English Heritage.
Due to problems with the website giving the false impression the consultation had finished when it had not, the meeting has been moved to 3 April.

If the plans are approved, the centre is due to open to the public in 2016
The council said the period of the consultation has been extended to 13 March.
If the plans are approved the centre could open to the public by autumn 2016.
