Barbara Phipps' family said she was a loving, caring mum
A lorry driver has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop after the death of a cyclist in a north east Kent village.
Barbara Phipps, 73, of Lynsted, died in a collision with a lorry on the A2 London Road in Teynham on 13 February.
William Magee, 58, of Readers Court, Chelmsford, Essex, was charged by Kent Police on Monday.
He has been bailed to appear before Maidstone Magistrates' Court on 26 August.
