Tayto Group bought Golden Wonder in 2006 after it went into administration
Sixty jobs are being created at a crisp factory in Scunthorpe.
Tayto Group, which owns Golden Wonder, said it was "increasing our production capabilities and bagging capacity" at its plant on Colin Road.
The company said it would be recruiting for production operatives, a night shift manager and engineering supervisors.
MP for Scunthorpe Nic Dakin welcomed the news, saying the additional positions would "benefit our area".

Martin McElhinney, group operations director of Tayto Group, said the firm had "upgraded machinery and added new equipment" over the last few years.
"The group is growing at an accelerated pace and we are currently recruiting people for 60 vacancies at the Scunthorpe site," he added.
On Monday, the company announced it had bought Leeds-based vending machine business Freedom Refreshments in a multi-million pound deal, weeks after buying a snack company and a majority stake in a popcorn business.
