A man arrested after a cyclist was killed in Hull has been released on bail.

The 29 year old - arrested following a collision between the cyclist and a Vauxhall Astra on Saturday - was released until a date in December.

The victim was a 42-year-old man from the city.

Humberside Police said the crash happened near to the junction of George Street and Freetown Way at about 06:40 BST.
