The body of a man was found at a property in Warberry Road West
A 38-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Devon.
The body of David Earnshaw, 36, from Torquay, was found in the house in Warberry Road West at about 11:00 GMT on Monday, police said.
A 38-year-old man arrested in the town remains in police custody.
Another man who was arrested is still in custody. A third man and a woman held in connection with the case have been released without charge.
Police are continuing house-to-house enquiries in the area.
