More daffodils are expected to flower over the next few days
Officials at Cornwall's Eden Project have said the mild autumnal weather has prompted dozens of their daffodils to flower already.
The attraction, near St Austell, said that since the middle of November, about 30 of the plants had flowered.
A spokesperson said the variety, called Rijnveld's early sensation, normally flowered in January.
They said other daffodils were now budding and were expected to flower in the former quarry over the coming days.
Officials said it was the earliest they had ever seen the flowers at the attraction.
Don Murray, chairman of horticulture, said: "Cornwall is used to early flowering, however, the extra special and quite bizarre, warm temperatures this November really are more akin to spring."
