A 54-year-old woman has been killed in a house fire in Birmingham.
Firefighters were called to the blaze at the home in Fourth Avenue, Bordesley Green, just after 07:00 GMT on Sunday.
Three crews attended the fire, which damaged the first and second floors of the property, West Midlands Fire Service said.
The cause of the fire is being investigated. Police said the incident was not being treated as suspicious.
