A man has been charged with killing a teenager in a hit-and-run crash.
Georgie Ann Evans, 18, from Himley, Staffordshire, died when her Ford Fiesta crashed with another car in Dudley on Thursday evening.
Kula Oles, 24, of Wolverhampton Street, Dudley, is accused of causing her death by dangerous driving.
He has also been charged with failing to stop at a road accident and failing to report an accident.
Ms Evans was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger in the car sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Mr Oles is due to appear before magistrates in Dudley on Monday.
He faces a further of charge of dangerous driving pertaining to an unrelated matter.
