The parents of a baby girl who died from severe malnourishment have pleaded not guilty to her murder.
Brian Kandare, 32, and Precious Kandare, 36, denied the murder of nine-month-old Rebecca Kandare.
At Wolverhampton Crown Court the couple also denied alternative charges of manslaughter and causing or allowing the death of a child,
Rebecca died of pneumonia, thought to be a result of malnourishment, in January.
The defendants, of South Avenue, Wednesfield, have been remanded in custody until a trial on 15 April.
