The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) has launched an investigation into a fatal motorway collision during a police pursuit.
A 36-year-old man died after the Peugeot he was driving crashed on the M4 in Slough, Berkshire, on Thursday.
The IPCC said he was being followed by a marked Thames Valley Police vehicle.
It said it would "examine the actions and decisions" of the officers involved.
