The Vaccines
Bring Me The Horizon, The Vaccines and Everything Everything will all play at this year's Teenage Cancer Trust gigs.
The music and comedy line-up for the five-day event also features John Bishop, New Order, David Gilmour and Simply Red.
It will take place at the Royal Albert Hall between 19 and 24 April and tickets can be bought from Friday at 9am.
The charity says there are still some "very special guests" to be announced.

The event is in its 16th year and has played a huge role in the growth of the charity.
The gigs have helped increase the total number of specialist Teenage Cancer Trust units in the UK.
And they've also played a part in funding nearly 63 expert teenage cancer nurses and youth support coordinators.

Everything Everything are due to play at the Royal Albert Hall on 20 April
Roger Daltrey, frontman of The Who, is the honorary patron of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
He said: "We've had so many incredible musical moments at these shows over the years but these moments are made even more special by the wonderful young people I have met.
"They shouldn't have to stop being teenagers just because they have cancer.
"They are young people first - cancer patients second.
"With their incredible vigour and positivity as inspiration, we aim to keep Teenage Cancer Trust leading the world in cancer care for this age group."
