Football corruption: Your view

Fifa has suspended two of its board members over claims they asked for money in exchange for World Cup votes.

Amos Adamu and Reynald Temarii have been banned from voting in the 2018 World Cup hosting ballot following a newspaper sting.

They were secretly filmed by reporters from the Sunday Times.

The footage appears to show them asking for cash in return for their backing of a World Cup.

Adamu was banned from all football activity for three years and Temarii for one year over the claims.

That means the 2018 and 2022 ballot will proceed on 2 December with 22 voters - instead of the usual 24.

It comes as the BBC's plan to broadcast a Panorama documentary into allegations of Fifa corruption is branded "unpatriotic", by the head of England's 2018 World Cup bid.
