Figures from the States of Jersey show the average price is now £258,000, external, an increase of £34,000 on the previous quarter.

    Quote Message

The reason for the spike in that quarter is because there were over 20 one-bed apartments that sold for over 300,000 so it has raised the average of all apartments in that quarter. The reason for that is these are new build apartments, they have lift service, probably parking, and a view. Therefore the demand for these types of properties is high."

  15. Fewer away fans expected for Guernsey FC matchpublished at 09:44 BST 17 August 2018

    Quote Message

The league has said it's been selected by a computer and it's been done fairly, so you can't really argue with that. It would have been nice if the fixture had been moved. I understand why they're not moving it. They're saying if we do it for one then we'd have to do it for everybody."
