Read MoreThe managing director of East Midlands Airport says there shouldn’t be a need for passengers to self isolate for two weeks after returning from Spanish islands which have a low risk of coronavirus.

In her first interview since taking over the role, Clare James has called on the government to change the rules which were brought in after a spike in infection rates in areas of mainland Spain.
She said: "The Spanish market was 53% of our destinations, so the impact of a blanket quarantine on Spanish destinations is significant.
"The week the quarantine came in, we lost 38 flights that week - TUI and Jet2 are no longer flying to Spain so we are seeing a significant drop as a result of that blanket approach.
"What we'd like to see is something far more nuanced, a regional approach. The infection levels in Tenerife at the moment are half of what they are in the UK."

Read MoreLincoln could soon have its first tuk tuk service after city councillors gave it the green light.

Until now, the vehicles haven't been allowed - but at a licensing committee this week it was agreed they would be a welcome attraction.
Christine Kimbrell from Holla Tuk Tuk is behind the application. She says her plans to offer pre-bookable rides going up and down the city centre would improve the tourism offer.
She now needs to apply for a licence.
Councillors had some concerns over passenger weight, with estimates the tuk tuk would be able to carry up to two 13 stone passengers.
But Ms Kimbrell said care would be taken with heavier passengers and there could be the option of a second trip at no extra cost.
She said had hoped to get started this summer despite Covid-19 but if not, she would start the business next April.

Health bosses in Lincolnshire say they are not seeing any concerning patterns in the spread of coronavirus cases in the county, despite a recent outbreak in neighbouring Newark.
Image source, Lincolnshire County CouncilDerek Ward, Lincolnshire County Council’s director for public services, said he and his team were “keeping a close eye on” the situation and talking with Newark and Sherwood authorities.
It was confirmed on Wednesday that Newark had seen an outbreak of eight new cases at a factory in the region and MP Robert Jenrick warned people not be complacent about social distancing guidance.
But Mr Ward said figures in Lincolnshire were broadly in line with those from last week.
“We’re certainly paying close attention to it because there’s clearly a number of cases. We’re in touch with Newark and Sherwood Council and talking to them just to get the most up to date data and keeping it keeping a close eye on it."
In the week leading to 4 August, Mr Ward said 5,500 tests had been carried out resulting in 30 positive cases – this he said was a similar “positivity rate” to the previous week which saw 3,500 tests carried out and 17 positive cases.
