She says: "It's the downstairs area that is wrecked more than anything so they don't really need clothes and toys it's the kitchen stuff and the cleaning stuff.
"That water is not clean water that's come through their doors it's dirty, grimy river water and a bit of sewage so they need to clean everything and if they've not got the cleaning materials they can't clean."

At one point, there were 15 fire engines in Belgrave dealing with the huge blaze but at the same time there was a fire in Glen Parva and in Loughborough.

The 24 year-old, who’s previously played with Stade Franicais, has left EP Kings after cancelling his contract there.

BBC Local LiveAndrew Brodie has described the fire in Belgrave yesterday as "one of the largest they've dealt with" in Leicester for many years.
An investigation into what caused it is underway.
He said: "What we are now doing is working with the forensics team to identify the cause of the blaze, so it's a joint fire and police team in there now.
"I think they should have some idea by the end of today or tomorrow but I expect it will take a few days until they have conclusively decided what the cause of the blaze was."

BBC Local LiveReporter Jo Hollis has been talking to a man who's been evacuated from his house on Marjorie Street following the fire.
He explained that his wife saw the smoke first and she alerted him. He then told his family to get out of the house because he was worried there could be an explosion.
They got outside and knocked on their neighbours door to alert them.
There was then an explosion that caused all the windows to shatter.
He's been allowed in to get medication but he says he has no idea when he'll be allowed home.

Most of them spent the night with family or friends but the Neighbourhood Centre has been open and available.
