It'll be cloudy this evening with further rain, which is forecast to fall as snow across the hills.
It will become drier across most areas later in the night, with some clear spells developing, and lows of 1C (34F).

Another spell of rain arrives tomorrow with showers which could be wintry in the afternoon, and highs of 8C (46F).

Burton Albion goalkeeper Jon McLaughlin has revealed the players have talked about what's at stake for the club, the squad and the supporters during their recent poor run in League One.
The Brewers led the table until recently but remain in the automatic promotion places ahead of tomorrow's match at home to Barnsley.

Do you rely on a local bus service? A campaigner says tens of thousands of bus users will be without proper transport if Derbyshire County Council withdraws its subsidies.
John Geddes, from Winster, fears for elderly travellers if the cuts affecting 138 services across the county go ahead.

Derbyshire may replace bus services with pre-bookable mini-buses.

Gerry Belmore said: "I am an avid reader, but no I don't use my library as it's closed on the days I am off work. We need to make them more people friendly, put in sofas, coffee facilities and generally a more relaxed place."

And Margaret Stockwell posted: "I couldn't live without Alvaston Library. The staff are brilliant and judging by the amount of people taking out and ordering books the decline does not apply here."

A flytipper who dumped old dishwasher parts in a South Derbyshire lane has been ordered to pay £1,200 by a court.
Richard Weston, from Woodville, was caught out during a district council surveillance operation.

Derby's citizens advice bureau, which closed at the beginning of April, says its able to offer a reduced service over the phone.
Project co-ordinator Matthew Allbones says the staff and volunteers wanted to continue to help people in the city.

He said: "Because of the resources we've got from other funders we're able to provide a phone service and continue delivering our other specialist services."

Have Derbyshire made a key signing at the start of the new cricket season? The club's elite performance director Graeme Welch is looking forward to what Nottinghamshire's Luke Fletcher can offer.

News of a restoration project in Burton... the £1.3m revamp of Ferry Bridge is on course to finish in June.
The bridge which crosses the River Trent from the town to Stapenhill opened in 1889 and replaced the ferry service.
It's due to officially open in the summer once it's been repainted and the handrail and timber decking replaced.

An East Staffordshire farm with England's largest working reindeer herd, external is open this weekend in Blithbury,
Kerry Endsor helps look after the reindeer on the farm and said: "Summer's a big rest period for the reindeer, so we tend not to do many events involving them during the summer.

"During the summer they have to grow their antlers as they drop off every year, they have to grow a new winter coat as they're moulting at the moment, and they have to put on a lot of weight.
"So they spend the day pretty much eating and lying down which sounds not a bad gig to me."
