In the House of Commons today, the Labour MP for Bolsover, Dennis Skinner, has been explaining that a controversial application for fracking in Calow in Derbyshire had already been rejected by planning inspectors.
But he expressed concern that it could still get the go-ahead.

"The government inspector turned it down now I'm told it's possible that this government are quite capable of overruling the decision of its own inspector and allow fracking, is that correct?" he asked.
The Minister for Energy and Climate Change, Andrea Leadsom said she wasn't aware of the case.
More from the Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn who was here at BBC Derby earlier talking about the government's decision to impose new contracts on junior doctors.
He said he was "very disappointed" in health secretary Jeremy Hunt's decision.

Quote Message"There is room for agreement - the BMA want an agreement. We should recognise the term "junior doctor" is a bit of misonmer. These are qualified experienced people working very hard, some of whom go on to be consultants. They haven't taken this action lightly - they've taken it because they want to protect our NHS."

Neighbour Craig MacFarlane has been describing the scene at the fatal fire in June 2015.
He said when he saw the fire he ran outside and to the back of the building where he saw two people hanging out of the bedroom window.
"I started jumping over people's gardens looking for ladders," he said.

"By this time, there were more and more people awake - about 40-50 people running around trying to do what they can."
He said a man turned up with a large ladder to rescue the two boys.
"We heard fire engines coming up street but then discovered the devastating news there were still people in there."

The police have said the fire in North Street, Langley Mill, was "a foolish revenge attack gone terribly wrong".
Det Supt Kate Meynell said: “What started as a dispute over a stolen moped very quickly escalated to the tragic events of that night in June.
Image source, Derbyshire Police“Amy’s partner, Shaun, had accused one of Peter Eyre’s sons of stealing his moped so Eyre and his older sons, Anthony and Simon, sought revenge against him.
“Nothing can bring Amy, Ed, and Ruby-Grace back but I hope these guilty verdicts will bring some sort of closure for their loved ones.”

Craig McFarlane, a neighbour, told the BBC he was one of a number of people trying to rescue the five occupants of the flat in June last year.
"There were two lads hanging out the bedroom windows upstairs," he said.
"I can remember one lad shouting 'I'm going to have to jump'. I remember shouting back to him just keep calm and we'll get you down - they were both very scared, in fear of their lives.

"We thought we got five people out, we've done the job, and then we find out there's still three more people in there," he said.
"It was just a tragic, tragic day and it was on Father's Day as well which is supposed to be a day of celebration - and that father lost his daughter."

Gavin Tomlinson, deputy chief fire officer, who was at the scene of the deadly flat fire, said firefighters couldn't see where the fire was because of the amount of smoke and flames.
"The fire investigation concluded that it was started with an accelerant - which is more than likely to be petrol - and that quickly spread to involve a car and a number of wheelie bins that were full at the front of the property," he said.

"There was almost no visibility inside the property but there was also a lot of debris because the staircase was on fire, as well as the window frame in the first floor and the door. It was very difficult to see anything.
"It was very distressing for the firefighters concerned."

He says the government's decision to impose a new junior doctors' contract is a "very bad decision".
And it doesn't end uncertainty in the NHS at all.
