Missouri floods: Aerial footage of flooded streets
At least 13 people are reported to have died in Missouri after torrential rain caused severe flooding.
On Tuesday, the Mississippi River spilled over the top of the levee at West Alton, Missouri, about 20 miles north of St Louis.
Around 520 residents who had not already evacuated were ordered to do so by the town's mayor.
Aerial footage showed the severity of the flooding.
