Chilean President Pinera on 'magnificent' rescue effort

Chile's President Sebastian Pinera has described the rescue effort to bring miners to the surface as "magnificent".

He stood alongside Bolivian President Evo Morales and said they both shared in the joy of the rescues.

One of the miners who had been stuck underground was Bolivian, while the remainder were Chilean.
