BBC executive on confronting Jimmy Savile

Dame Janet Smith's report into broadcaster Jimmy Savile and the BBC will be published on Thursday.

A leaked copy of the report criticised the BBC's "deferential culture".

Doreen Davies, a former executive at Radio One, sat in on a meeting between Jimmy Savile and another senior executive, Derek Chinnery.

Derek Chinnery had been asked to confront Savile about rumours that he had been taking girls home.
