Security fears prompt Russia to suspend Egypt flights

Russia is stopping all flights to Egypt following indications that a bomb hidden in the baggage hold may have brought down a Russian jet on Saturday, killing all 224 people on board.

President Vladimir Putin has also ordered his government to draw up a plan to bring home the 45,000 Russian tourists who are currently holidaying on the Sinai peninsula.

The BBC's Steve Rosenberg reports from Moscow.
