Alps crash: Torn-up sick notes found in co-pilot's home

German prosecutor Christoph Kumpa has said that the Alps crash co-pilot Andreas Lubitz hid details of an existing illness,

Torn-up sick notes were found including one covering the day of the crash.

Mr Lubitz and 149 passengers and crew died when Germanwings flight 4U 9525 crashed in the French Alps on Tuesday.
