Italian anger over failed hostage rescue in Nigeria
There is a diplomatic row between Britain and Italy over the handling of a failed operation to free two engineers held hostage in Nigeria.
Chris McManus and Franco Lamolinara were both killed despite a rescue mission by British and Nigerian special forces.
Italian politicians want to know why they were not told about the mission until it had already begun.
