Lesley Griffiths happy with Nantycaws oil leak response
Rural Affairs Secretary Lesley Griffiths said she is "very happy" with the response to an oil pipe leak in Carmarthenshire.
She visited the site of the fractured pipe on the A48 at Nantycaws on Saturday, where 140,000 litres of kerosene spilled into a nearby river.
In a letter to assembly members she explained the dual carriageway would have to close in both directions for a weekend to allow the pipe to be fixed.
Speaking to BBC Wales, Ms Griffiths refuted a claim by Plaid Cymru AM Adam Price that the Welsh Government's response to the incident had been "sluggish".
