Cameron on Greece election: 'There are some danger signs'

The Greek election result shows there are "danger signs" in the global economy, David Cameron has warned.

The British prime minister was speaking after the far-left Syriza party won Greece's general election on Sunday.

Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras has vowed to renegotiate Greece's bailout, worth €240bn (£179bn; $268bn), to end Greece's "humiliation and pain".

Mr Cameron said the election highlighted instability within the eurozone, reaffirming the coalition's long-term economic plan.
