Theresa May launches National Crime Agency
The proposed National Crime Agency, to replace the Serious Organised Crime Agency, will have the authority to instruct police and other agencies, the home secretary has told the Commons.
It will be an "integral part of our law enforcement community", Theresa May told MPs.
