Harman: No way back for Woolas

Deputy Labour leader Harriet Harman says the former Immigration Minister Phil Woolas will not be allowed to rejoin the party, even if he wins a judicial review.

Mr Woolas was found guilty of lying about his Liberal Democrat opponent during the General Election campaign.
