PAYE 'not fit for purpose' says Tory MP Michael Fallon
Conservative MP Michael Fallon, who sits on the Treasury Select Committee, says the PAYE system is "not fit for pupose".
He said Alistair Darling should apologise after the former chancellor admitted the problems dated back to when he was in charge.
