Chester daubs 'anti-pee paint' on historic walls to deter public urination

Cheshire West and Chester Council has coated parts of the historic city's walls with "anti-pee" paint which results in embarrassing "splash-back" for anybody who urinates on them.

It's part of a drive to clamp down on those who urinate in public - particularly after they've been drinking in the city.
