Exhausted London Marathon runner helped across the line

A runner, exhausted by the London Marathon, has been helped over the line by a fellow competitor prompting praise from spectators.

Swansea Harrier, Matthew Rees, took hold of David Wyeth, of Chorlton Runners, Manchester, about 135 metres (150 yards) from the finish and guided him up The Mall.
