Jimmy Savile report 'a whitewash', says victims' solicitor

A lawyer representing 168 of Jimmy Savile's victims, has said those abused at Stoke Mandeville Hospital by the disgraced TV and radio presenter have been let down by a report into his conduct.

Liz Dux said one of her clients, who did report the abuse to a senior sister, felt ''betrayed'' and had described the report as ''a whitewash''.

Savile abused 63 people connected to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, but the one formal complaint made was ignored.
