Royal Marine guilty of Afghanistan murder

One of three Royal Marines charged with murdering an injured Afghan insurgent in 2011 has been found guilty by a military court.

Marine A, as the accused is known, faces a mandatory life sentence. Two other suspects, Marines B and C, were found not guilty.

All three had denied murdering the unknown man while on patrol in Helmand province.
