Birmingham plans wheelie bin roll-out

Birmingham City Council has announced plans for the largest single roll-out of wheelie bins in the UK.

The city's received a £30m grant from central government to help with the scheme.

Despite objections from nearly 2,000 people, they'll be deployed across the city by 2015.
