Cliff top Devon home going cheap

A house built perilously close to Devon cliffs is being auctioned with no guarantee that it will remain standing if coastal erosion continues.

The four bedroom home in Torquay has a reserve price of £25,000 but has been ruled uninhabitable by the local council until structural work guarantees its future.
