Detective April Casburn denies 'leaks for NoW cash'
Former counter-terrorism detective April Casburn has told a court it was "ludicrous" to suggest she offered information to the News of the World for money.
Detective Chief Inspector Casburn said she spoke to the paper because she was angry resources were being moved from her unit to investigate phone hacking.
Ms Casburn denies one charge of misconduct in public office. Her trial continues at Southwark Crown Court.
