Bus bombed in Afghanistan's 'valley of death'
Helmand province has long proved a security concern for Nato-led forces operating in Afghanistan, where Taliban fighters still pose a daily threat to soldiers and civilians.
In October, British troops took over from US forces in an area know as the ''valley of death'', between the towns of Sangin and Gereshk.
The road linking the two towns poses a danger from roadside bombs. The BBC's Caroline Wyatt reports from a patrol where a local bus came under attack, resulting in 18 deaths.
