Twitter row highlights differences in law
The name of the footballer alleged to have had an affair with Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas has been repeatedly published on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
But legal restrictions mean newspapers and broadcasters in England cannot reveal his identity.
Graham Shear, a litigation lawyer who has applied for similar injunctions for clients, told the BBC there was a distinction between the "responsibility of our print media as opposed to the uncontrolled behaviour of social networking sites".
