Ex-ballerina loses night care ruling at Supreme Court

A former prima ballerina, who was left disabled by a stroke, has lost her battle at the Supreme Court for an overnight carer.

Elaine McDonald had challenged her local council after a review of her care package which decided she no longer needed someone to look after her at night.
