Will Young on running around the world for charity

Will Young has been running around the world as part of his training for the London Marathon, which he hopes will raise money for the charity Catch22.

The singer, who shot to fame after winning Pop Idol, said he ran to this year's Brit Awards in London as part of his training.

He told BBC Breakfast about his preparations for the race.
